The Challenge

The little girl is as curious as ever (READ: she gets into a lot of other stuff, especially things not meant for playing.) As much as I would want to encourage her curiosity and support her hunger for new knowledge, I just have to put my foot down and draw some lines. She's got lots of toys no doubt. Some I have even put up for donation because we've got no place for them anymore. And yet, even with the new stuff that we get her, she gets easily bored. It seems she finds our personal things more interesting. Getting mounts and placing everything out of reach is a good idea, but we can't always be installing mounts, can we? *sigh* The challenge really is to find more stimulating activities for her to do. And having worked with kids before, I didn't think it would be this challenging when it comes to your own child.
