All work and no play sure gets me really exhausted. I mean, this past week was just hellish -- working my butt off to finish as much as I could before I went interstate to visit our head office. But travelling has never been a friend, and has even left me more drained than ever, even after a full night's sleep. Maybe I need the best hgh releaser to give me more energy so I can do a whole lot more.

Food fail
I made so sure that I was not going to splurge on food while I was away for business. I would have thought my colleagues there would have the chance to take me around for eating in rather nice cafes, but that did not happen. For some reason we were so busy going around doing assessments, that we never really had the chance. So in the end, the potential of me using dieting pills was nil. Not that I would have resorted to it first hand though.

Yoyo
It's tough being a female. All these hormonal changes can just really put you out of whack. One minute you are feeling slim and quite satisfied with how you look. The next thing you know, you're all bloated, and worrying if your clothes will fit you. And it is during this period that you just wish you could snap your fingers and miraculously get some quick weight loss to shed those unwanted kilos. It is never-ending, and I reckon it will be that way until I have reached menopause, which is still quite a very long way to go. So help me God!

Riding the waves
All this stress at work is almost getting to me now (read: I need the best natural acne treatment please). I say almost because I am making sure it does not get to me totally. I know a stressful job is not healthy. I certainly do not want to go the deep end. Thank God for the internet and the diversions of my family and what-not's to help me escape from the negative energy that too much work brings. I continue to pray though that things will be better in the coming weeks. Nothing like a good dose of optimism to help you ride through the waves.

Priorities
The coming weeks are going to be immensely busy and hectic for us. Apart from the birthday celebrations mentioned, work-wise, it is going to be a full month. We certainly have no time to be going on trips or visiting our friends' homes in Orange County. I don't actually know when we will be able to get some respite, after this all too busy season. And is if that wasn't enough, we received a letter from the hospital that hubby is scheduled for a pre-admission appointment 2 weeks from now. Prorities, priorities!

Advance planning
Birthday month is coming up! That's the thing with having all three of us being pisceans. Plans are underway, however, we are still undecided as to how we will celebrate this year with friends and family members. As we are heading to the coast in time for J's birthday, we figured that will take care of the family celebration. As for the one with friends, we are thinking of having a picnic type of get-together. We will see. I have not picked out a gift yet for the hubby. One of those laptop computers sure look tempting. But we have a budget to stick to so we will see how things go.

Well wishes
Well, this year is a special one for my BFF. They have long been waiting for their own bundle of joy, and now they have been blessed, and are expecting their little bub in a few months now. They have made baby announcements only recently, and we are just so happy for them. I guess good things really do come for those who wait! Now time to pass on the knowledge that I have, of course, only as the need arises. I am pretty sure they'll be great parents, and won't even need any of our help at all.

Not just yet
I have my Acer Aspire for 2 years now, and so far, it's done a good job. It has its hiccups, but I guess there will always be flaws in everything so they're something I have already accepted. Although I have contemplated on upgrading to a newer model, it seems that that will not yet happen anytime soon. Budget these days is tight, and I have to allocate my resources on more important things. Besides, as they say, if it ain't broke, why fix it?
